Upon placing your order, you will receive an email including a detailed design brief. This document will need to be filled in with all relevant information and submitted via email to commence your project. Please provide as much information and image inspiration to assist with your concepts process. Once signed and returned to us, we can then commence.
Once you receive your design brief, concepts will be created and sent for review within 10-15 business days. These concepts will include 3 different styles based on the information provided.
Revisions can take from 2-4 weeks depending on your project. Each package includes 3 x FREE revision rounds. Upon package approval, all final files will be delivered via WeTransfer. EPS, JPEG, PNG and PDF files will be provided.
